All projects require a deposit before work begins. Final files are delivered upon receipt of full payment. Revision rounds are agreed in writing before the project starts — additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately. Upon full payment, clients receive full commercial usage rights to all final delivered work. Source files remain the property of Designedby. unless agreed otherwise in writing. Designedby. retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced at the agreed rate. Designedby. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
